I love you for being patient with me, especially when I'm needy, jealous, angry & ignorant.
And most of all I love you for never giving up on me :)

Went to baby's place after gym in the morning.

Lessons Learnt

1) Always throw the disk LEVEL, height to be used - the waist

Also introduced to long distance throwing.

Whole session was only approx 30 mins due to 3 kids who joined us and kept insulting each other

Thanks for the benadryl, norcolut, polaramine, nimjom, fisherman's friend, redbull and most of all for taking care of me, wiping me with a wet towel & enduring the mood-less a.k.a. moody me.

OH, OH and also teman-ing me the whole day up until my curfew when you could've just spent it with your childhood friend Faisal who's staying over.

Mr Francis trained me today.
Third day in a row during the evening.
It was fun, pretending not to know how to do the correct forehand, then wanting him to teach me by holding my hands from behind me, as if being hugged ^^
So i got this, as an encouragement.

We left this one at my house yesterday, so had to use the new one baby gave me. Aside from a few scratches on my new disk, this is what I got :

A blistered lip from poor catching.

A blistered and dirty toe from not wearing shoes. There were stones and thorns. Ouch :(

Of course, I also can throw a backhand smoothly now, and much further too.

Learned the correct technique to throw a forehand, still improving.

Baby also taught me how to catch with just one hand.

And the techniques to throw further, and catch more accurately.

I hardly close my eyes catching the disk now

(I was afraid it would hit me :p)

And I look at the disk instead of that handsome dude teaching me how to throw correctly :D

Had so much fun although I am down with flu, cough and sore throat.

It's just the beginning.

Baby, although we may end up fighting more than we want to, I appreciate that you're making an effort to change for the better. It is never your fault alone, I played a part in it too.

I remember everytime when we make up after a fight, hugging each other tightly with tears in our eyes, I silently prayed that God will grant u patience.

Patience so that you don't anger easily,

Patience so that you don't hurt yourself,

Patience so you will talk to me more softly and lovingly as days pass by.

Patience so you will learn to love yourself as you have loved me.

Indeed we are going through tough times, from a bad breakup to the transition between studying and working, to many other little things thats happening daily.

And those "little reasons" has prevented me from loving you the way I want to. Showing you care, and constantly reassuring you. I'm sorry if I made u feel neglected. You know I never meant to :(

Although every now and then I may be cold, harsh and say mean things to you, but baby.. I just want you to know that I never meant it, and underneath all those I DO LOVE YOU, very much.

I have never doubted your love for me, as you've never failed to show it and reassure me through words and actions time and time again. Thank you baby, for everything you've done for me.

Don't worry, I will never give up on you. I know that we will overcome our problems together, right? And I will definitely love you more and more through time ;)

Baby,

I'm sorry if I've hurt you. Just that I felt troubled this two days and it did affected me. Sorry to cause all those misunderstandings just now and I know it shouldnt be happening in the first place.

You threw frisbee this evening and you improved so much! never knew you could throw that far because the last time we toss a disc, its only half the length of this evening.. and its also more accurate! Who said you dont know how to throw? You're improving! ^^

The pasta that I've cooked was only a simple and just simply cook it. Never knew it taste nice and baby liked it cos I didnt even taste when when I was still cooking it. Maybe thats what people always said, 'When you cook with your heart, it will always taste good!'

Hope the 'Q' on your keyboard helps you with the 'S'.. =)

After for so long I've wanted to buy one of this, finally I got one! Thanks to my baby girl.. =)

We were in Singapore from 23rd til 27th April 2010 whereby the Single Gender Tournament falls on 24th and 25th April. We went for our city tour on 26th April. We left The Hive Backpacker Hostel at 10.30am after she finished playing with her game on facebook.. ;) From there we walked to Mustafa Shopping Centre. My friend Max told us about this place which opens 24/7. Customers can get almost anything from over 75000 items displayed on four levels covering an area of 70000 Sq.ft within the 6 storey building.

From Mustafa Centre, we walked over to Farrer Park MRT just across the road and took a train to City Hall MRT. We went to Peninsula Shopping Centre to look for Skins.

But it's still too expensive for me buy either the long sleeve top or the tights. So we went on walking.

From Peninsula Shopping Centre, we went over to Funan Digital Mall which is only around the corner. This time, it turns into 'Perfume scouting'! ^^ Joanne kept scouting for her perfume. Hynotic Poison by Christian Dior.

We continued walking down Victoria St. and we ended up in Bugis Junction and Bugis Street. And then the long walk continued. From Bugis Street to Albert Court, then towards Little India. God it had been a long day walking and continue scouting for perfume and other stuffs like Bindi. Had our dinner at Dickson Rd then we walked all the way back to The Hive via Serangoon Rd.

Along the way, we saw another perfume store called the Warehouse Perfume. They sell perfume tester packs at a very very cheap price. I got my Paco Rabanne Black XS from there for only S$33!

Joanne loves the smell of this perfume, so i bought it! ^^
(Which the next day she fallen in love with another perfume called Mont Blanc Starwalker)

Will get it next time if she never come across any other perfume that she would fall in love with. =)

At night, we went to Chinatown. Walked from Clarke Quay MRT to Chinatown. You might think why I didn't get down in Chinatown instead. Well in the map, it shows that Chinatown is just across the road from Clarke Quay but in real world, it's quite a walk down Eu Tong Sen St. [Pictures will be uploaded later]

We ended the night by scrolling around Clarke Quay area. [Pictures will be uploaded later]

What a day! I've tired out myself, and most of all, my baby girl. She went KO while I was enjoying my beers before I went to sleep.

Henry Callahan

What do most folks think when they see something like this? Callahan right? Ok great, but where does that name come from? Who was "Callahan" and why is a catch block D in the endzone named after him? Why are the rules named after him? Why is the college ultimate MVP award named after him? Two years ago, I didn't know and I think most folks out there still don't.

First and foremost his name was Henry Pfau Callahan. He was born on December 11th, 1957, in Waukegan, Illinois. His mother and father were Joan and Harold Callahan. Henry was the youngest of 4 boys (Joe, Pete, Jay, and Henry) and he also had 1 older sister (Melissa) and 3 younger ones (Charlotte, Shelagh, and Amy). He attended Lake Forest Academy, in Lake Forest, Illinois for high school and graduated in 1975. Henry was a standout athlete in high school and loved basketball, long distance running, and golf. In addition to being very athletic, Henry was also extremely independent. His mother, Joan, lovingly referred to Henry as always being a "free spirit". Rather than attend the University of Illinois, as most of his family had, he headed westward and attended the University of Oregon, in Eugene. As a student at U of O, Henry studied Finance and was drawn to sports of all kinds. His competitive nature can easily be seen with his relationship to his older brother James. On a visit to Eugene, James lovingly goaded his brother that Henry had never beaten him in golf. In response, the never-quit Henry dragged his older brother to the course, day in and day out until Henry was finally victorious.

It is not exactly known how Henry was turned on to ultimate. Maybe he was shown disc golf and then ultimate and the idea of running AND playing frisbee appealed to him. With skills in basketball, golf and long distance running, it is no wonder he liked disc. It takes skill, patience, talent, endurance and athleticism, things Henry had stockpiled in his closet. In any event, at this point in the late 70's there was only 1 other college ultimate team in the Northwest, Washington State University. This was insufficient for Henry and he took it upon himself to start the first Ultimate Club at the University of Oregon. He pitched the idea to the club sports office at UO and on October 5th, 1978, the first Oregon Ultimate club was born and the team was given $300. The next task was to come up with a team name and Henry and his disc friends quickly settled on the "Low Flying Ducks". A name which Oregon loosely held onto until 2001 when they went from the Ducks to a name better suited for an elite but sophisticated group, the "Eugene Gentlemen's Organization" or EGO. In addition to this, Henry also made some pretty powerful friends and convinced a young entrepreneur in Phil Knight to donate $10,000 to this new team as a sponsor. EGO still wears this sponsor's logo today, you might recognize it as a NIKE swoosh.

It was after this formation of Oregon Ultimate that Henry really began to impact ultimate. He knew the potential for this game and he wanted to see it come to fruition. He had a vision of an intensely athletic, albeit spirited game that should be played in parks and college campuses throughout the country. He began to lobby the UPA to change the rules of the game to favor more athletic and fair play. At this point in time, things like a stall count were non-existent, or loosely followed at best and Henry wanted to accelerate the game and make it more challenging yet more fun. Another thing that was fantastic about Henry was his commitment to "spirit of the game", perhaps when SOTG wasn't even that well known. He was notorious for playing extremely intensely, yet he never contested fouls. His belief in the game was that "karma will play out here". Nearly 30 years later, I am sure that most ultimate players will agree that when it comes to poor calls, most of the time, the universe tends to unfold as it should.

In addition to lobbying the UPA, Henry also worked tirelessly to improve not only his own game (with daily 7 mile runs and more sprints than his team mates would have liked) but he also wanted to expand the sport around him. He started and taught ultimate PE courses at UO and these still exist today. He is also credited with starting the Darkstar Alliance, which has been an ultimate organization that has lasted for many years and is responsible for putting on tournaments in Eugene as well as competing in both open and coed club tournaments. One of my favorite things that I have read about Henry is that he thought that "the nature of the game brings out the cooperation in people". Even 30 years ago, folks competed against one another but they still wanted to "have a good time and meet new friends". Henry always encouraged his teammates as well as his opponents to go out for beers after games and really be friends as well as competitors. This camaraderie still exists today and most of the friends I have in the ultimate community have come from playing intense physical contests between opponents and then celebrating our mutual love for the game afterwards. I am not sure where this trend was begat but I am glad Henry perpetuated it.

After graduating from Oregon in 1980, Henry returned to his roots in Illinois but only as a pit stop. Henry was a free spirit and wanted a change of scenery. After a brief stint in Waukegan, Illinois, he headed back west towards California. In January of 1982, he stopped to visit his older brother James, in Boulder, Colorado. In addition to more golf matches between these two, Henry fell in love with Boulder. The urban yet small town feel and beautiful scenery probably rivaled Eugene and Henry found his calling. He decided to stay in Colorado and he took a job at Bennigan's Tavern. This was not his most lucrative option, seeing that he was offered a job at a more "upscale" restaurant (The Greenbriar). However, Henry was very light hearted and figured Bennigan's would "be more fun". Given his charismatic yet friendly nature, Henry quickly moved up the ranks and became Headwaiter. Not long afterwards, he had his sights set on entering Bennigan's manager training program.

However, fate would have other plans. On June 23rd, 1982, a heroin addict and career criminal, Robert Wieghard, robbed Bennigan's. Robert had been convicted for multiple crimes that included armed robbery, possession of narcotics, larceny, fraud, and breaking and entering. Henry, being the rock and headwaiter of Bennigan's, dealt with the criminal as he demanded money from the cash register. Robert got his money and without reason or cause decided to take the life of a man infinitely more evolved and honorable than himself. Henry was murdered while seated with his hands in the air. At arms length, Robert ended Henry's life with a solitary gunshot to the head. After committing this horrible atrocity, Robert left the restaurant only to be later arrested, tried and convicted. His criminal mind would not end there as he attempted to bribe a Jefferson County Jail inmate to travel to Michigan and kill the eyewitness waitress in the case for $3,500. Luckily, this never happened and Robert was sentenced to life in prison and was up for parole in 20 years. One of the many sad things about this story was that at the time, sentences for crimes like this were relatively mild. If this crime had been comitted 3 years later the sentence would have been doubled. The family wanted the death penalty but the prosecutor (Alex Hunter) was "wimpy" and wouldn't push for it. He would later go on to air ball the JonBenét Ramsey murder case 15 years later. Robert came up for parole in 2005 at which time I first learned of this story when I read this post by Charles Kerr on RSD. In retrospect, I find it sad that there were only 9 responses. Hopefully Charles got the support he was looking for. In any event, Robert was denied parole which he is up for again in 2010. Recently he has applied for "community corrections halfway house placement" which would allow him to re-enter society on a limited basis. The Callahan family staunchly opposed this and he was denied but he can re-apply every 6 months.

In the wake of Sean Taylor's murder, I realized that I did not know anything about Henry Callahan. I did not even know his first name. I knew that he was murdered, but aside from that I was ignorant. After asking a few friends if they knew anything about Henry, they sheepishly replied "not a thing". His legacy should and will live on. In 1983 at the World Flying Disc Championships in Santa Cruz, California six Oregon players stepped out on to the line. Henry would join them, however, and his remains were laid down in an urn on the field as the 7th player. These 6 Oregon players gave it there all and when they scored that first point they lovingly cheered "That one's for Henry".

The UPA has not forgotten Henry and in 1996 they named the college MVP award after him. Keith Monahan (Oregon State) and Val Kelly (UPenn) won the award that year and I am sure they both held their awards high in remembrance of Henry and all he has given to the sport. I am sure he would have been proud in 2003 when two Oregon players (Ben Wiggins and Chelsea Dengler) won the award. I like to think the sport has become what Henry would have wanted. Today there are over 500 college ultimate teams that travel all over the country to compete in a game that "Henry lived for". They embody not only the hard-core dedication to athleticism that Henry held near and dear to his heart, but also the spirit of the game, the friendship, the respect between players. I may not be the athlete that Henry or many other ultimate players are but I like to think I hold the mutual respect and love for my fellow ultimate players. The subculture that ultimate has developed over the last 40 years is amazing and spectacular in its own right. However, without people like Henry Callahan, the sport would not have grown to the strength and respect it has today. We are all in Henry's debt and hopefully his story and legacy will live on as our sport develops worldwide.

On a lighter note, Henry's niece Katie Callahan (who he never got to meet) plays soccer for the University of Tampa. Recently, they made the final four in the Div II NCAA college soccer tournament and beat Grand Valley St 2-1 in over time. This allowed Tampa to advance to the finals for the first time in the school's history. Katie and the rest of the Tampa Spartans played Franklin Pierce on Saturday December 1st and managed to win the NCAA Div II finals in a shootout earning the school's first DiV II women's soccer national championship. I would like to thank James (Jay) Callahan (Henry's brother) for his help on this article. He has been absolutely fantastic in giving me his own personal thoughts on such a difficult subject as well as share documents relevant to this story. Patience - The one simple word that almost everyone on Earth will find it hard to have.
It is easy to tolerate someone or any situation, but its hard when it always get in your face.

But the Bible says truly shows us the way on how to be patient and less angered.

Psalm 37:7-9

Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for him to act. Don’t worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes. Stop being angry! Turn from your rage! Do not lose your temper - it only leads to harm. For the wicked will be destroyed, but those who trust in the Lord will possess the land.

When everything is going our way, patience is easy to demonstrate. The true test of patience comes when our rights are violated -

when another car cuts us off in traffic,
when we are treated unfairly,
when our someone keep annoys you day by day,
when things don't always goes according to what you want or what you planned.

Some people think they have a right to get upset in the face of irritations and trials. Impatience seems like a holy anger.

The Bible, however, praises patience as a fruit of the Spirit which should be produced for all followers of Christ. Patience reveals our faith in God’s timing, omnipotence, and love. Patience is persevering towards a goal, enduring trials, or expectantly waiting for a promise to be fulfilled.

Galatians 6:9

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

Patience does not develop overnight. God’s power and goodness are crucial to the development of patience. In the end of the day, you'll get your reward.

Impatience only bring disaster and anger to us. Be chill and let the Lord guide us to overcome it.

Patience is waiting. Not passively waiting. That is laziness. But to keep going when the going is hard and slow - that is patience. Patience serves as a protection against wrongs as clothes do against cold. For if you put more clothes as the cold increases, it will have no power to hurt you. So in like manner you must grow in patience when you meet with great wrongs, and they will then be powerless to vex your mind.

I've hurt my ankle from last Saturday's Ultimate pick-up session. Sprained it and the pain got worse during nightfall.

Throughout the past week, I've been helping Joanne to finish her painting job. Her room has been half painted for the past 3 months and at last, we decided to finish it up.

1st day of painting. Everything starts to look pretty.

Preparation of Malaysia Ultimate Open 2009

Kuan, Hui Ying, Safwan, June, Wei Jin and myself went to Kuan's house in the afternoon to start preparing all this stuff for the tournament. There's a lot of things to be done before we head to Alice Smith School, which is the venue of MUO.

(a) Divide all the Discrafts, tournament official t-shirt and schedules to teams.
(b) Buy bread, peanut butter, paper plates, plastic knives, pens and trash bags from Tesco.
(c) 5 boxes full of bananas.
(d) Banners, cones, scoreboards and utilities.

Martin aka Mutt is the one that got the KLASS's headmaster to approve our quotation and allowed us to use the field for our tournament. Without him, we might need to use the fields at Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia (RRIM) which is in Sungai Buloh and without all the facilities KLASS can provide.

So here's the story. On Friday, 20th March 2009, me, Benji and Joshua decided to be party crashers for KBU Prom Night. We definitely not paying for the tickets to go for the prom night because it's just so expensive!!! RM150 man! So we just wanna join the fun outside the ballroom.

Genting Trip [09.03.09]

We went to Genting Highlands on 9th of March. It's a public holiday, so we decided to go for a one day trip up. Suppose to leave Bandar Utama by 8.30am, Steven was late. The rest of the group went up with a Toyota Hiace van and Unser driven by David and Missy while me and Jasper waiting for Steven and Wilson at Banana Leaf. We left Bandar Utama at 9.20am and reached Genting Highlands at 10.05am. 45mins! Loving my car!

It's was drizzling and mist was heavy. The road was wet and slippery too.

We can't get ourselves into the outdoor theme park because of the drizzle and mist.

I've watched this Japanese Drama like 2 years ago - One Litre Of Tears.

Summary
15-year-old Ikeuchi Aya was an ordinary girl, the daughter of a family who runs a tofu shop and a soon-to-be high schooler. However, odd things have been happening to Aya lately. She has been falling down often and walks strange. Her mother, Shioka, takes Aya to see the doctor, and he informs Shioka that Aya has spinocerebellar ataxia - a terrible disease where the cerebellum of the brain gradually deteriorates to the point where the victim cannot walk, speak, write, or eat. A cruel disease, as it does not affect the mind in the least. How will Aya react when told about her disease? And how will Aya live from now on?

This beautifully moving drama is based on the real-life struggles of a 15-year-old girl named Aya who suffered from an incurable disease, but lived life to the fullest until her death at 25. The script is based on the diary Aya kept writing until she could no longer hold a pen. The book that later followed entitled “One Litre of Tears" has sold over 1.1 million copies in Japan alone.

After frisbee pickup session on Wednesday evening, as usual we were all settling down, cleaning up ourselves. With addition, Mark and Hoay Phing got flour, eggs and water all over them. It's Hoay Phing's birthday and everybody pulled a prank on her, but Mark who was there beside her, was sorta trying to protect her. So he got himself dirty as well.

Back to the story - so as we were settling down at the basement car park, Steven came to us and said, "I've misplaced my car keys and I can't find it! Anybody saw or has my car keys?" And we were all blurred up. It started raining outside. So me being the first, drove my car to the middle of the field and turned the lights on. King came to the middle of the field as well. Kevin and Emily park their car on the pavement though.

As you can see - 4 cars have to be driven to the field just to searching for his car keys. Well, that's how you help a friend in trouble. Best part is he doesn't have his spare keys with him in KL. They're at Ipoh with his dad, if I'm not mistaken.

In the end, after opened up the second cocrete cover of the drain at the side of the field, Michael saw the car keys! Must have fallen in there there the holes of the concrete cover. So he went down and get it for Steven. Problem solved!

Teamwork does pay off good! Bravo team..

And there were massive lightning and thunder. Ben called me later in the evening, ask me to fetch him from Kelana Jaya because LRT was out of service, during peak hours!! So, that's how bad it was..

Well, you might say it looks like a mongrel, because it's a lil thin. But this is the 'racing' type of Siberian Huskey. And the weather in Malaysia so hot, it's better for it to maintain it's weight at minimal.

Last day of my KL getaway holiday

Well I spent my last day with my mum. After fetching my dad to work, me and my mum went for breakfast. After that, we went to the fish market.

Gonna miss seafood a lot because in KL, I hardly eat any.

Time to say goodbye to my parents. My mum took a day off just because she wanna send me off. Just so sweet of her. Just wished I could spend a lil more time with them.

So as I was checking in, weighed my luggages -

Just nice before it hits 15kg which is the limit.

Just wanted to kill the time.

Having two feelings at the same time is not a good thing - Don't wanna leave Tawau but can't wait to be back in KL. Well.. That's just life.. nothing's perfect.. Which is why we live every single day to the fullest. My holiday back in Tawau was awesome.. Made more friends, adding up to my huge chain of friends in Tawau, celebrated my 22nd birthday (1st ever birthday celebration in Tawau with friends) and get to eat all the food I love.

The Beginning of my Chinese New Year holiday

Valentine reading Airasia magazine - Travel3sixty.

As I open the first few pages of the Travel3sixty magazine, I came across a picture.. Azran (frisbee mate)is in the magazine.. He's the CEO of Airasia X.

I'm just trying to get myself comfortable.. The seats don't have spacious leg space..
Even with my height, my knees were stick to the front seat..

That's my cousin, Valentine.. cute name huh?

Of all chances, at last I get to take a picture of the Airbus A320 on Tawau Airport tarmac.

Back at home.. Home sweet home..

This time, there's some difference at home.. Middle last year, my parents decision to do a little renovation for the house..

So, they've changes the tiles in all the rooms.

Renovated the bathroom as well.. New sink, new tiles, new toilet bowl and new water heater.. Well I guess its just time to change everything because everything is old, 17 years old!!!

Benjamin Drunk?

My buddy - Benjamin got himself drunk over a cup of wine? Well how can that be?! A cup of Shiraz and he's feeling light-headed. So he call me to go Banana Leaf for a drink to solve the dizziness a little. But as we reach Banana Leaf, he got even 'high-er'. He can't even walk straight and he was walking and holding on to the railings.

Ben, your gay boss ask you to drink, means you're done if you're drunk when you're still in the office. Good thing that you called me though. Have to make sure you don't drive back like that - you'll end up in Muar I guess. =)

So for the honor of Ben being drunk, here's a video of him - saying that he's fine and also his conversation with his mother. Hahahah!

Christmas Eve 2008

On Christmas eve, I went to church with my relatives.. We went to CKK which is at SS13 Subang Jaya. The mass was at 10pm. And by the time it finished, its already 11.25pm. The priest who said the mass was Father OC Lim. He was saying that this will be his last Christmas eve mass in CKK beacuse next year, the whole roster will change.

So after the mass finished at 11.25pm. We all headed straight to Aunty Cecilia's house in SS14 Subang Jaya. We had wine for a toss and french bread with pork toppings. Yummy!!

We all ended up playing Blackjack after the wonderful supper.
As usual every year we play. And the bets are super small. We played just for the fun of it.
Its fun to hear laughter and everybody's reaction on what kinda cards they got.

Aunty Cecilia's house is well decorated every year. And this is this year's decoration.

And this was last year's Christmas. It's a real pine tree which Aunty Cecilia got from IKEA. I forgot how much it costs but it hard to take care. Imagine you taking care of it the whole Christmas season and ended up throwing it away. Hahah!

And this was Uncle Alex last year's Christmas decoration.
So pretty! I love the ribbons on the Christmas tree.
If you don't know how to arrange it, it'll surely look messy!

Genting Trip

6 of us - Myself, Jann, Andrew, Mogan, Natalie and Elyn went to Genting Highlands for a city-getaway trip. Best of all, we planned to go up without staying the night in hotel. Instead, we stayed up until the next morning. Well, at least we tried. You'll know what I'm talking about if you scroll down.

So we went to KL Sentral to get our bus ticket. But unfortunately tickets were sold out! So we have to rush to Terminal PUTRA (Gombak) because there should be more tickets available there. As we reach Gombak, we straight away got in the queue to purchase tickets and we got it. ^^ So we got on the 10.30am bus and up we go..

We reach Genting Skyway at 11.15am. We reached pretty fast. Probably because we depart from Gombak and not KL Sentral.

So right after we reached Genting Highlands, we straight away head to the theme park.

It was really misty up there that day. It was so cold til it hurts my throat and nostrils. I ended up having sore throat and flu. Having to scream for fun in the theme park, it actually made my throat felt even worse!!

Jann's camera ran out of battery. But she managed to take 2 pictures of scenery on our way down the hill in Genting Skyway.

We had a great time together! With the cool weather, we had our Christmas mood at its best!

We all went to Golden Sands the day before the camp started to get everything prepared for the camp. Its quite a tiring day for me because didnt sleep much the night before and I drove there.

Children Adventure Camp 2008

Children Adventure Camp was held at Port Dickson. Participants are kids at the age between 7-12 years old. Miss those kids a lot. Really happy to be one of those who can change their life, in their growing faith.. and have a relationship with them.. There're 45 of them there.. 7 counselors which includes me.. and 6 elder adults.

Guy's Pre-Christmas Trip to Bagan Lalang

On a Saturday afternoon, Benjamin, Kenny, Nigel, Albert and myself planned to go down to Sepang Gold Coast. Basically it's Benjamin's idea. We left Bandar Utama at 2.30pm. Thanks to Benjamin, who's 1 hour late. We stopped by Kuala Langat for 'tea break'. Then we headed down to Pantai Morib. Wanna check out how's Pantai Morib. Well.. It's not really clean but yet its still acceptable as a nice place..

Half an hour drive from Pantai Morib down south, we finally reach a place called Sepang Goldcoast as known as Bagan Lalang. A place where my ultimate frisbee friends like to come for beach ultimate. Much cleaner than Pantai Morib and bigger crowd..

The team really happy to have him with us all since the last tournament (Intec Open) he was injured and not able to play. Thanks Mutt! Can't do this myself without you!

The Curve's Centre Court.. Pretty much close to done.. It's a garden look alike deco with pond and sand.. I wonder how's the cleaning up gonna be after Christmas is over.. I won't wanna know.. yet! Because Christmas is not over for now! Woohoo!! Christmas season is here people!! Which means.. SHOPPING!! ^^

At the 'gateway' between The Curve and The Walk, there's these colourful litted up arches.. So far it's the most attractive decoration at The Curve. Can't wait to see the finishing touch of the Centre Court but just take a look at these...
Trust me.. It's just as it is as shown in the pictures.. Make sure you go and check it out for yourself..

How is it so far for the beginning of Christmas season?? Guess everybody is looking forward to it now huh?All the stalls are still empty though..
